BBCMGTai Inc., operating as Connectrapy (“Connectrapy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use connectrapy.com, the Connectrapy mobile/web application (app.connectrapy.com), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Connectrapy services are currently available only to individuals physically located within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please do not submit personal information through this Platform.

• Demographic information you choose to share (such as cultural background or language preference, used solely for therapist matching)
• Information submitted through intake forms, booking forms, or contact forms
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe; Connectrapy does not store full payment card details)

• Device type, browser type, and general usage data
• IP address and approximate location (for security and fraud prevention)

Information we do NOT collect through this Platform:

• Clinical notes, treatment plans, or session content — these are created and maintained directly by your individual therapist in their own HIPAA-compliant clinical records system, separate from this Platform

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Match you with a licensed or supervised therapist based on your stated preferences
• Facilitate scheduling through our booking partner (Calendly)
• Process payments through our payment partner (Stripe)
• Send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
• Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms
• Improve and maintain the Platform
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Your matched therapist — solely the information necessary to provide you with care
• Service providers who help operate the Platform, including Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and Doxy.me (video sessions), each of which maintains its own privacy and security practices
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of any person

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Video sessions are conducted through Doxy.me, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements
• Opt out of non-essential email communications at any time
