By accessing or using connectrapy.com, the Connectrapy application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Connectrapy services are currently available only to individuals who are physically located within the United States at the time of service. By using this Platform, you confirm that you are located within the United States and at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Platform with appropriate parental or guardian involvement as permitted under applicable state law.
Connectrapy is a technology platform that connects individuals seeking mental health support with independent, licensed and supervised behavioral health professionals (“Therapists”). Connectrapy is not a healthcare provider. Therapists who provide services through the Platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Connectrapy, and are solely responsible for the clinical care they provide.
Connectrapy is not designed for and should not be used in the case of medical or mental health emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or believe you may be in danger, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Therapists who provide services through Connectrapy are independent contractors who maintain their own professional licenses, malpractice insurance, and clinical judgment. Connectrapy does not direct, supervise, or control the clinical decisions made by Therapists. Each Therapist is solely responsible for their own treatment plans, clinical documentation, and compliance with their professional licensing board.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BBCMGTai Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connectrapy and BBCMGTai Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the clinical services provided by independently contracted Therapists. Connectrapy’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular Therapist will be available at any given time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
